Melanie O'Leary

Melanie O'Leary has extensive experience in continuous improvement and lean management, having held key positions in several notable companies. From February 2006 to August 2008, Melanie served as the Reliability and Training Leader at Campbell Soup, where leadership involved facilitating maintenance reliability and implementing various plant TPM programs. As the LEAN Programs Manager at WESCO Distribution from 2008 to 2015, Melanie was responsible for the development and deployment of lean training across the organization. Prior experience includes serving as Lean Manager at Herman Miller and holding engineering roles at Case Corporation, where Melanie focused on new product design and reliability engineering. Currently, Melanie is the Continuous Improvement Change Manager at Sourcewell. Educational qualifications include degrees in Toyota Production System, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma certifications from MoreSteam University and The University of Toledo.
