Paul Drange

Paul Drange is the current Director of Regional & Statewide Solutions & Chief Regional Solutions Officer at Sourcewell. Prior to this, they worked as the Director - Center for College Readiness at Minnesota State Community and Technical College from June 2004 to January 2014. In this role, they oversaw and managed the four core programs of the Center for College Readiness, Ready or Not Writing, Step Write Up, Ready or Not Math, and Ready or Not Reading. Additionally, they were responsible for designing and monitoring data-based research, building relationships with high school teachers and administrators, and expanding the Center for College Readiness' offerings to new schools and districts.

Paul Drange has a Doctor of Education from St. Cloud State University in Higher Education Administration, a MS in Leadership in Higher Education from Capella University, and a BA in Psychology - Communication from Concordia University-St. Paul.

They are on a team with Jeremy Schwartz - Director of Operations, Chief Operating & Procurement Officer, Mike Carlson - Director of Finance & CFO, and Marcus Miller - General Counsel, Director of Government Relations & Chief Legal Officer. Paul Drange reports to Chad Coauette, Executive Director & CEO.
