Susan Nanik, PHR, SHRM-CP, CLRP, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sourcewell, where they have held the position of Director of Administration since 1996. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Administration at NJPA from 1996 to 2018, and as an Office Manager/Bookkeeper at Suburban Propane from 1985 to 1987. Currently, Susan is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Southern New Hampshire University.
