William Hermanson

William Hermanson is currently the Associate Director of Installation Support for Army Installations at Sourcewell. They have extensive project management experience and a strong background in both military and civilian roles, including positions as a Captain and Public Affairs Specialist in the Minnesota National Guard. William previously worked in various sales and management roles at companies such as RadioShack, AT&T, and Minnesota Valley Insurance, showcasing skills in retail, sales, and communication. They hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Minnesota School of Business, as well as bachelor's degrees in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin-Superior and Northwestern College.
