Marcelo E.

Marcelo E. is currently the Director of Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) at Sourcewise. In this role, Marcelo develops Medicare training materials, provides health insurance counseling and advocacy for the elderly and persons with disabilities, conducts Medicare outreach and education, and leads team planning meetings. Prior to Sourcewise, Marcelo worked as a Customer Relations Manager at Pulte Homes where Marcelo was the main point of contact for homeowners with latent defect issues, ensuring timely resolutions and homeowner satisfaction. Marcelo holds a MS in Wood Science and Technology from the University of California, Berkeley, a BS in Forestry and Natural Resources Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, and a BA in Integral Program from Saint Mary's College of California.
