Marina Castaneda is an experienced Social Work Care Manager currently employed at Sourcewise since January 2022, where responsibilities include case management, care coordination, and advocacy for low-income older adults seeking to remain in their homes. Prior to this role, Marina held a similar position at Catholic Charities USA from September 2018 to January 2022. Additionally, Marina has experience as a Transitional Care Specialist and as a Field Representative for the DOM PAYNE FOR SCHOOL BOARD campaign.
