Soni Pal

Soni Pal has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Soni is currently the Head of Human Resources at Sourcewiz, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they were a Recruitment Manager at BYJU'S (Think & Learn Pvt Ltd) from May 2020 to September 2022. Soni also worked as a Sr. Executive HR at SysMind LLC from June 2019 to May 2020 and as a Corporate HR at IDC Technologies, Inc. from December 2018 to May 2019. Soni Pal started their career as an HR Intern at Essel Infraprojects Ltd. in May 2017 and has also worked as an HR Executive at Trinity Global Tech Inc. from May 2018 to November 2018.

Soni Pal completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Amity University, Greater Noida Campus. This educational pursuit took place from 2016 to 2018. Prior to this, Soni Pal earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, which was completed between 2013 and 2016. In addition to these degrees, Soni Pal also obtained a certification in Desktop Publishing from Don Bosco Technical Institute in January 2014.
