Sourcing City is the leading platform and industry hub serving the £1.33 billion UK & Ireland promotional merchandise industry.

Founded in 2002, Sourcing City connects distributors, suppliers and industry professionals through a powerful ecosystem of technology platforms, real-time data infrastructure, industry events and market intelligence. Today, companies representing around 60% of the entire UK & Ireland market spend rely on Sourcing City services to source products, manage their businesses and connect with industry partners.

At the centre of this ecosystem is Dynamic Highway, the industry’s first real-time data sharing platform, delivering live product data, pricing and stock availability directly from manufacturers and wholesalers into distributor systems and websites.

Dynamic Highway powers a range of connected Sourcing City platforms including Sourcing City Platinum, Promotional Office business management software, and Skin Sites distributor websites, creating an integrated environment that helps companies operate more efficiently and respond faster to client demand.

Beyond technology, Sourcing City also co-owns Merchandise World, the UK’s largest professional trade exhibition for the promotional merchandise industry, and publishes the annual UK & Ireland Promotional Merchandise Market Report, the sector’s most comprehensive market analysis.

Sourcing City is also a founding member of PromoAlliance, the international partnership between the leading promotional merchandise organisations in the United States, Europe and the United Kingdom.

Under the leadership of CEO Ella Long, Sourcing City continues to drive innovation, connectivity and collaboration across the professional promotional merchandise industry.
