Capital Sourcing for Managers

We use our extensive network of institutional investors, separate to those we advise on the buy-side, to help managers source capital for unlisted property vehicles, joint ventures and direct co-investments.  We help prepare managers with their approach to institutional, endowment and family office investors, from presentation to reviewing requests for proposals.  We also arrange road shows and investor follow up during the funding process.
