Founded in 2011, South East Contracting LLC (SEC) began as a full-service concrete contracting firm under the leadership of Ray Smith. Over the past two decades, SEC has experienced steady and substantial growth, evolving into a full-service General Contracting firm capable of managing diverse and complex construction projects. Today, the company is proudly operated by Ray Smith in partnership with his sons, Zach Smith and David Berry, who continue to expand the firm’s vision, technical capabilities, and client relationships across Kentucky and the surrounding region. 
 
Through consistent performance, strong client partnerships, and a commitment to quality, SEC has grown to employ 45 skilled professionals who bring expertise across all aspects of general construction, project management, and self-performing capabilities.
