We value commitment, entrepreneurial spirit, excellence, integrity, performance, pride, respect, safety, teamwork, and trust.

To achieve our mission we:

Put people first. Our business is about helping people succeed. This starts by putting our customers and employees first. It is fun to be a part of our customers success and growth. It is invigorating to promote from within and help people realize success

Do what is right. We are passionate about doing what is right. When faced with a decision we ask ourselves "What is the right thing to do?" or "How would you like to be treated?"

Long-term view. We want to have customers and employees for life. We are proud that over 90% of our business is repeat and our average employee tenure is 7+ years

Give back. We enthusiastically give back to our community and industry associations. We are thankful to our community and industry and are committed to giving back
