Daniel Domanski is a seasoned professional in process management and metallurgical engineering with extensive experience in the mining and materials sectors. Currently serving as Process Manager at South32 since February 2022, Daniel oversees process development for the Hermosa Clark battery grade manganese project, having previously led flowsheet development for the same initiative. Prior experience includes senior roles at Ausenco focusing on brownfield optimization and greenfield project development, as well as project metallurgist positions at Newmont Corporation and Barrick Gold Corporation, where Daniel contributed to various projects involving gold and copper processing. Daniel holds a Master's in Applied Science from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor's in Engineering from Queen Mary University of London.
