Jay Royle

Jay Royle is an experienced professional in site services and project management, currently serving as the Team Lead - Site Services at South32 since March 2021. Previously, Jay held the role of Contracts Coordinator at GEMCO and worked at Compass Group Australia from September 2019 to March 2021 as Project Manager for ESS Groote Eylandt. Jay's extensive career at Compass Group spanned from February 2004 to September 2019, during which time responsibilities included Assistant Project Manager, Area Manager, and Catering Manager for the Ichthys Project in Darwin.
