Jayde Hunt

Jayde Hunt is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and organizational capability, currently serving as the Manager of Organisational Capability at South32 since July 2022, where responsibilities include global strategic oversight of the talent pipeline and governance processes. Prior to this role, Jayde led the People & Culture function at AJ+C from April 2018 to December 2021, providing strategic advice and delivering systems and initiatives. Additional experience includes positions as HR Superintendent at Rio Tinto from December 2010 to April 2018, People and Performance Consultant at Deloitte Australia from November 2008 to January 2011, and Human Resources Administrator at Hyatt Regency Perth from 2007 to 2008. Jayde holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Marketing and Public Relations with a focus on Human Resource Management and Finance from The University of Notre Dame Australia.
