Mark Armstrong is a seasoned professional in the mining, resources, and engineering sectors, currently serving as a Senior Project Consultant since July 2023. With extensive experience, Mark has held significant positions such as Asset Engineering Manager and Study Manager at South32, and Manager Project Delivery at GEMCO, where the focus was on sustaining capital projects. Notably, Mark managed power infrastructure projects in Western Australia for BHP and was crucial in the completion of non-process infrastructure at the Jimblebar Iron Ore Mine. Additionally, Mark served as Engineering Manager at Alcoa World Alumina from 1989 to 2008 and holds a Master of Technology in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Management from Deakin University.
