Michael Cutler

Michael Cutler currently serves as Group Manager Government Relations at South32, a position held since January 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing sustainability strategy, community engagement, and government relations. Prior to this role, Michael was employed as Public Policy and Government Relations Manager for Cricket Australia and as Principal Consultant at the Road Safety Commission, managing change for a newly established department. Michael's experience in government relations is further supported by a tenure as Chief-of-Staff for a WA Government Minister and roles in policy advisement with the Western Australian Government and the Department of Sport and Recreation. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Exercise Physiology from The University of Western Australia and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Southern Cross University.
