Nancy Padman has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and business sectors. Nancy most recently worked at South32 as a Principal Technology Projects, overseeing the implementation of key projects. Prior to that, they served as the Lead Digital Technology at Worsley for three years, responsible for managing digital technology initiatives. Nancy also held the position of Lead Inclusion and Engagement at South32 and Team Lead Service Management at Worsley.

Before joining South32, they worked at BHP Billiton Worsley Alumina, where they acted as the Lead IS Service Delivery and an IS Strategy and Compliance Specialist. Nancy also served as an Applications Analyst at the company.

Earlier in their career, Nancy worked at WA Plantation Resources as a Business Systems Analyst and at Wespine Industries as an Analyst Programmer. Throughout their career, Nancy has gained experience in project management, digital technology implementation, leadership, inclusion and engagement, and business analysis.

Nancy Padman pursued their education at Edith Cowan University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from 2002 to 2005. In 2011, they attended TAFE NSW and obtained a Certificate IV in Frontline Management.
