Nathan Eiselein

Nathan Eiselein is a skilled metallurgist with extensive experience in mineral processing and operations management. Currently employed at South32 since July 2023, Nathan previously served as Mill Superintendent at The Doe Run Company from April 2017 to July 2023, overseeing mineral processing activities and ensuring the production of quality metal concentrates. Nathan has a background as Mill General Supervisor and Mill Metallurgist, focusing on safety, environmental compliance, and process optimization. Early career experiences include metallurgical internships at Ciner Resources and Barrick Gold Corporation, where Nathan contributed to various projects aimed at improving processing efficiency. Nathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering from Montana Technological University, earned in 2017.
