Tara Roy

Tara Roy has work experience in various finance-related roles. Tara currently works at South32 as the Corporate Finance Lead in Treasury, where they are responsible for the group's liquidity, capital management, risk management decisions, management of the banking group, and relationships with credit rating agencies. Prior to this, Tara worked at KPMG Australia in Debt Advisory and Corporate Finance, Commonwealth Bank as a Relationship Executive in Corporate and Commercial Banking, Roynat Capital in Leveraged Finance, and GE Capital in the Commercial Leadership Program.

Tara Roy's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (Energy Economics stream) from Curtin University, obtained between 2018 and 2021. Additionally, they pursued various courses in Financial Modeling and Valuations from PIMO, Corality, Investment Banking Institute, and Marquee Group from 2008 to 2021. Tara also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Finance & Economics from Toronto Metropolitan University, completed from 2005 to 2009.
