Tracey Bauer

Tracey Bauer is an experienced professional in environmental management with a strong background in the mining sector. Currently serving as Superintendent Closure Readiness - Environment at South32 since June 2015, Tracey has held various roles within the company, including Superintendent Environment & Cultural Heritage and HSE Lead. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Environmental Advisor at BHP Billiton and Managing Director at EESI Contracting Pty Ltd. Additionally, Tracey was General Manager at Environmental Earth Sciences International (EESI) from 2001 to 2009. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Geological Engineering from RMIT University, completed between 1987 and 1990.
