Vicky Chen

Vicky Chen currently serves as the Executive Associate to the VP Marketing at South32 since August 2021. Prior to this role, Vicky held the position of Facilities Operations Lead at BGIS from July 2018 to August 2021, where responsibilities included enhancing the Facilities Response Plan during the COVID-19 pandemic and leading the Singapore office operations for a leading mining company. Vicky's earlier experience consists of working as a Facilities Coordinator and Workplace Executive at Colliers International, contributing to significant cost-saving projects and managing vendor performance. Vicky began the career in guest services at PARKROYAL on Pickering, Singapore, as a Guest Service Officer on the pre-opening team. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in International Business from James Cook University and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Manila Xiamen International School.
