Gavin Daeche

Gavin Daeche is a seasoned professional in construction estimation with over 34 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Estimating Manager at Southbase Construction since January 2014, Gavin has held senior estimator roles at Hawkins Group, Morgan Sindall, and John Laing International, demonstrating extensive expertise in project estimation and management. Gavin began a career in estimation as an Estimator at John Laing Construction, where responsibilities evolved over nearly eight years. Educationally, Gavin holds a National Diploma and HNC in Construction from the University of Hertfordshire, completed between 1986 and 1991.
