Comprising the Community Home Support Manager, Human Resources Manager, Community Services Manager, Finance Manager, Special Projects Manager, and Marketing Manager, this team ensures that high-quality, personalised care and community services are delivered effectively. They work collaboratively to drive innovation, maintain financial health, develop human resources, manage special initiatives, and promote Southcare's mission of empowering and enriching the lives of those they serve.

Management Team

The Home Care Support team at Southcare is dedicated to coordinating and delivering high-quality, personalized care services to elderly clients, enabling them to live independently and with dignity in their own homes. This team, which includes roles such as Home Care Package Coordinators and an Aboriginal Family Support Officer, works collaboratively to ensure that each client’s unique needs are met through flexible, reliable, and culturally sensitive care plans.
