Jay Lu

Jay Lu is a seasoned business leader currently serving as Managing Director at Southco, Inc., where they also hold the position of General Manager for Greater China. With a background in sales and marketing, they previously directed Honeywell's APAC OEM business and held global P&L responsibilities as GM for Global OEM. Jay founded and led J&L Technology, Inc. as CEO, and has extensive experience in program management from their tenure at American Express. They earned a Ph.D. in Remote Sensing from the University of Albany, complementing earlier degrees in Atmospheric Science and Chemistry from institutions in the U.S. and China.
