Mike Jamiolkowski

Mike Jamiolkowski has a diverse background in manufacturing and engineering, starting as a Machinist at V & M Tool Company, Inc. from July 1993 to January 1996, where proficiency in various machining operations was developed while assisting tool and die makers. Mike then transitioned to Penn Engineering and Manufacturing as a Manufacturing Engineer from May 1998 to June 2003, focusing on high-volume manufacturing processes and designing tooling using CAD and FEA. Since June 2003, Mike has served as a Manufacturing Engineer at Southco, Inc., providing comprehensive manufacturing support across multiple production cells and driving the introduction of new products and process improvements. Education was completed at Pennsylvania College of Technology between 1996 and 1998.
