- Financial: $5-50M Revenue and $1-10M EBITDA, average EBITDA per employee > $50k
- Industry: Food & Beverage (with Operating Partner Michael Brady); Utility Services; Home Services; Architecture, Engineering, & Design; Building Products; Industrial Distribution; Manufacturing; Advanced Materials
- Business Model: Recurring revenue or stable customer base, low-to-moderate capital intensity, future acquisition opportunities
- Management: Full management succession or staged transition
- Transaction Structures: Leveraged buyout (LBO) with broad-based employee equity participation
- Employee Ownership: Target 10-15% / $100k/employee over 5-10 years
