Director of Manufacturing Services Stuart Bell joined SEC in 2021. He has over 20 years of experience with a versatile background in various manufacturing functions, including Supply Chain/Materials Management, Production Control, Quality Engineering, and ERP system implementation. Prior to joining SEC, Stuart worked for 15 years with GE Aviation and most recently as a Lead Buyer, managing a 100 million dollar spend, and the SME for their Oracle ERP system. Prior to this, he worked for Avl Technologies as an Industrial Engineer; Quality Plating as their Operations Manager; and, Stallergenes Greer as their Senior Procurement Specialist.

Southeastern Container, Inc. was formed by a group of independent Coca Cola bottlers in the early 80's to produce their own PET packaging needs, and has grown to be one of the world's largest and most respected PET processors. Today SEC ships PET preforms and bottles to over fifty Coca-Cola bottling and co-packing operations in the United States and Canada, stretching from Quebec to Florida and as far west as Montana,covering thirty-four states and six Canadian provinces.
