Originated in 1987, Southeastern Development Associates (previously operating as Blanchard & Calhoun Commercial Corporation), has provided commercial development and real estate brokerage services throughout the Southeast for almost 30 years. Since inception, the company has completed hundreds of projects and has established a proven track record of financial strength, success and integrity. The success if the company is owed to a basic philosophy of conservative investing under a long term experienced management team dedicated to developing real estate at the highest standards of development and construction quality. We pride ourselves on our many long term relationships we’ve been able to develop with some of the nation’s largest retailers and commercial clients. Having never defaulted on a financial obligation, and having no investor ever suffer a financial loss continues to provide our company with opportunities to raise equity and provide for short and long term debt on favorable terms with operating structures that allow us flexibility to grow our real estate development business. Our long term record of providing attractive returns to our investors through conservative investing and development practices has set us apart from our competition.
