Alex S. is the Head of Human Resources Services at Southeastern Railway, overseeing HR advisory, payroll, recruitment, policy, data, systems, and management reporting for thousands of colleagues. Previously, Alex held leadership roles in HR operations at Orbis Partnership and American Express. With a background in management consulting at KPMG and extensive experience in the Royal Air Force, Alex has demonstrated expertise in strategic HR management, policy development, and operational improvement. Alex is currently pursuing a Level 7 Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from ILM and holds a MA in Defence Studies from King's College London.
