Felix Ng

Felix Ng has over seven years of experience in railway and public health, currently serving as Platform Staff at Southeastern Railway since 2022, where they provide outstanding customer service and ensure safety standards on the platform. Previously, they worked as a Customer Host for Site Operative Solutions Ltd and as an Executive Assistant at the Hospital Authority in Hong Kong, where they honed their customer service and clerical skills. Felix began their career as a Summer Intern at HKT and holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from Hong Kong Baptist University. They are actively seeking opportunities in health and safety while being open to other fields.
