Josephine Wright

Josephine Wright is an Inclusion and Diversity Partner at Southeastern Railway, where they are dedicated to fostering environments where everyone feels they belong. Previously, they served as a Cafe Manager and Barista Bookseller at Waterstones. In addition to their current role, Josephine volunteers extensively as General Secretary of the Orpington Area Colleague Focus Group and holds multiple positions within various internal network groups advocating for equality and positive workplace culture. Josephine also engages as a streamer on Twitch, focusing on community building and content creation. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Geography from The Open University and have studied International Relations and National Security Studies at the University of Auckland.
