Matthew Fraser

Matthew Fraser has had a long and successful career in the railway industry, starting off with various roles in Network Southeast/Connex before moving on to roles like Information Systems Helpdesk & Systems Administration Manager at Connex Southeastern. Currently, Matthew is the Community Relations Manager at Southeastern Railway, where Matthew is responsible for delivering the SE Community Rail Strategy. Matthew has also held multiple Station Manager positions, covering various stations and areas, and even acting as an Area Manager at times. Matthew has gained experience in formal HR procedures, community involvement, and driving improvements at railway stations. Additionally, Matthew holds a Professional Diploma in Management Studies from The Open University.
