Peter Dobbs

Peter Dobbs is currently the Head of Employee Relations at Southeastern Railway, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as an Employee Relations Manager at British Airways from 2022 to 2023 and as a Senior Employee Relations Specialist at Veolia from 2019 to 2022. Peter's earlier experience includes roles as an Employee Relations Business Partner at Balfour Beatty plc (2016-2019) and an Employee Relations Consultant at Mouchel (WSP) (2011-2016). They earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations with Merit from Keele University (2009-2011) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University (2003-2005).
