Jayan Devassy

Jayan Devassy is a seasoned professional in corporate strategy and business development, currently serving at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits since April 2021. Prior to this, Jayan held various leadership roles at Accenture from September 2014 to April 2021, including Director of Business Transformation - Industry X, where responsibilities encompassed managing large-scale operational transformations and leading geographically-dispersed teams. At Hitachi Consulting, from June 2007 to September 2014, Jayan progressed from Senior Manager to Director, focusing on high-profile client engagements and business transformation strategies. Jayan's earlier experience includes roles at General Motors, where responsibilities involved production supervision and process engineering, as well as an internship at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada. Jayan holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
