Patrick Atkinson

Patrick Atkinson is a Senior Electrical Engineer at Southern Nuclear, serving on the Rapid Response team for Plant Vogtle units 1 and 2 since September 2014, focusing on issues that affect plant reliability and electrical generation. Prior to this role, Patrick was an Asset Electrical Engineer at Kimberly-Clark from February 2008 to September 2014, where responsibilities included addressing daily reliability issues of manufacturing lines and supporting capital improvements. Patrick's experience also encompasses working as the sole Electrical Engineer at Macon Power from March 2007 to February 2008. Patrick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Clemson University, earned between 2002 and 2007.
