Since 1945, Southern Resin has operated on the principle that the strongest bonds are the ones we build with our customers. Known as The Polymer People, we are a family-owned and operated manufacturer in Thomasville, NC, specializing in high-performance emulsion polymers and specialty resins.

We offer a unique combination of scale and agility. Our facility features the advanced R&D laboratory and vacuum-rated pressure reactors typical of a global leader, maintained with the personal service and accountability of a family business. From wood products and paper saturation to glass fiber and beyond, we provide custom-tailored chemistries—including vinyl-acrylic and all-acrylic polymers—to meet your specific requirements.

Our commitment to service extends beyond the lab. With our own dedicated transport fleet and a state-of-the-art pilot plant for customer trials, we ensure a seamless transition from development to delivery. At Southern Resin, we don't just supply products; we provide the technical expertise and reliable partnership your business deserves.
