Jonathan Brooks

Jonathan Brooks has extensive experience in software development and customer service across various roles. Currently serving as a JMS Mobile Developer at Southern Software, Inc. since March 2015, Jonathan is responsible for keeping customer software up to date, building databases for new jail customers, providing second-level support, and testing new software. Additionally, Jonathan operates Craven Moore Entertainment, engaging in business operations and customer booking through various advertising channels since June 2011. Previous roles include Retail Wireless Consultant at U.S. Cellular and Retail Sales at Best Buy. Jonathan holds an Associate's Degree in Information Technology with a focus on Computer Programming and Development from Sandhills Community College, completed between 2018 and 2020.
