Bart Stapleton

Bart Stapleton has a diverse work experience spanning several fields. Bart began their career as an Electrical Panel Specialist at Alta Refrigeration, where they designed and built computer-controlled electrical panels for Industrial Refrigerated Systems. During their 15-year tenure at Alta Refrigeration, they also installed control systems at customer facilities and supervised and trained panel builders.

In 2007, Bart transitioned to Caterpillar Inc. as an Operations Supervisor, leading a team of 45+ members in a manufacturing environment. Bart oversaw special plant improvement projects and off-site quality updates, as well as supervised three distinct production areas simultaneously.

Afterwards, Bart worked at LOGIC Technologies Inc. as a Controls Engineer, where they engineered complex refrigeration control systems. Bart was responsible for creating control schematics using Auto Cad and conducting field commissioning of custom control systems.

In 2013, Bart joined GEMü Valves, Inc. USA as a Project Coordinator. Bart'srole involved providing detailed quotes for custom valve orders and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products by transitioning customer orders to production. Bart also played a vital role in fostering customer relations as an inside salesman.

At Southern States LLC, Bart held multiple positions. Bart started as an Application Engineer II - PSD, where they produced control schematics for circuit switchers and provided technical customer support. Bart then became a Product Application Engineer - PSD, focusing on engineering new control concepts for circuit switchers and working closely with sales to deliver high-quality products to meet customer specifications.

Subsequently, Bart served as a Customer Service Engineer - PSD, responsible for providing engineering support and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective resolution of issues. Bart later became a Customer Care Territory Manager - Service, where they provided exceptional after-sales customer care support for a territory that included Canada, Western United States, the Dakotas, Alaska, and Hawaii. In this role, Bart worked closely with sales representatives to handle all after-sales and warranty issues.

Currently, Bart holds the position of a Technical Customer Service Agent - PSD at Southern States LLC. In this role, they continue to provide exceptional engineering support for all PSD Circuit Switcher Products while maintaining a strong focus on customer care and timely resolutions. Bart serves as the customer's advocate within the company.

Outside of their professional career, Bart has extensive experience as a trained Boy Scout Leader with the Boy Scouts of America from 1995 to 2019.

Bart Stapleton's education history begins in 1982 when they enrolled in Griffin Highschool. Bart completed their high school education there and obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies in 1985.

Later, from 2002 to 2007, Bart attended Southern Crescent Technical College, where they pursued an Associates degree in Industrial Electronics.

In 2009, Bart entered Clayton State University, where they studied Technology Management and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree. Bart completed their undergraduate education at Clayton State University in 2012.

Currently, Bart is pursuing further education at Clayton State University in the field of HR - Strategic Leadership. The exact timeline for this program is not provided.
