Daniel Maxwell

Daniel Maxwell, MSM, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as First Vice President and HR Manager at SouthState Bank since November 2019. Alongside this role, Daniel contributes as an Adjunct Professor at Polk State College since January 2010. Previous experience includes positions such as Senior Manager HR Business Partner at Hilton Grand Vacations from July 2018 to November 2019, HR Consultant and Administrative Services Supervisor at State Farm® from January 2008 to November 2017, and Community Relations Administrator and Organizational Development Specialist at Polk County Sheriff's Office from February 2004 to November 2007. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Management from Troy University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminology from Florida Southern College.
