Cheryl Weeks

Cheryl Weeks is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience at Southwire Company since October 2012, where responsibilities include serving as People and Culture Manager and previously as Human Resources Manager. In these roles, Cheryl collaborates with management to assess staffing needs, provides HR consultation and coaching, and oversees the implementation of company policies and programs related to training, compensation, compliance, and benefits aimed at attracting and retaining employees. Additional experience includes a position as a Human Resources Specialist and Administrator at Women in Manufacturing.
