David McAleer

David McAleer has over 20 years of experience in warehouse automation, design, and distribution operations. David has held various leadership positions at prestigious companies such as Southwire Company, Medtronic, Amazon, Nordstrom, and UPS Supply Chain Solutions. Throughout their career, David has successfully led multiple projects, including the design and launch of distribution facilities, automation implementation, facility optimization, and consolidation initiatives. Their expertise lies in improving material and product flow, establishing supplier relationships, and driving continuous improvement in supply chain operations. David has a strong background in industrial engineering, with extensive experience in facility design, space planning, and transportation network analysis.

David McAleer earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2004. David then pursued an Engineer's Degree in Project Management at George Washington University from 2006 to 2007. Prior to their college education, they completed their College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program at Pomfret High School from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Inclusive Leadership from LinkedIn in 2018.
