David Yates

David Yates, MBA, PMP, SA, SSM, has extensive experience in project management and communications, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Southwire Company since July 2009. In this role, David has managed and assisted on various ITS projects, including Cyber Security, SAP Cloud Implementation, and Infrastructure, while also supporting the PMO with documentation and processes. Prior positions at Southwire included Project Manager, Project Coordinator, SharePoint Analyst, Marketing & Communications Manager for the Industrial Division, and HR Intranet Web Developer, where David developed web pages, managed AV at company events, and oversaw the networked TV system. Earlier experience includes working as a Board Operator at Clear Channel Radio from August 2007 to January 2010. David holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of West Georgia.
