Maria Champlin, MBA/HRM, is an experienced HR professional with over 30 years of expertise in various human resources functions. Currently serving as HR Manager at Southwire Company since April 2016, Maria has previously held roles such as Human Resources Manager at DELFINGEN and Human Resources Coordinator at Totoku North America, where responsibilities included payroll administration, benefits management, employee recruitment, and training program development. With a strong foundation in HR policy development and compliance, Maria has also managed over 150 temporary employees during tenure at Interim Personnel.
