Matt Thomas

Matt Thomas has extensive experience in the electrical utility industry, beginning as Lead Lineman for the City of Bentonville Electric Department from June 2001 to September 2010, where responsibilities included daily project work and training staff. Subsequently, at Novinium, Inc., from July 2013 to July 2014, Matt held multiple roles including Sr. Team Manager, Project Manager, and Area Manager, overseeing various projects across the Northeast and developing training programs for new hires. Additionally, Matt worked as Lineman Foreman at Raytheon Polar Services to ensure reliable power at McMurdo Station. Following a brief period of job searching in 2021, Matt gained further experience in management roles at Southwire Company and TechServ Engineering & Consulting, LTD. Matt holds a GED from Bentonville High School, completed between 1998 and 2000.
