Niveditha Jayakumar is an experienced designer and researcher currently serving as an Analyst II at Southwire Company since August 2023. Previously, Niveditha held the position of Design Research Intern at StartProto from May to September 2023 and worked as a User Experience Research Intern, where user needs and frustrations were strategically analyzed using various UX tools. Niveditha has also contributed as a Digital Product Designer at Parcel Perform, focusing on user research for the ‘Notify’ and ‘Logistics Intelligence’ modules. Additional experience includes roles as a UX Designer at Tata Consultancy Services, where a mobile application prototype was developed, and a user researcher at IDEMIA, which involved studying perceptions of Fake News in France. Niveditha's career began at IBM as a Service Designer, enhancing customer engagement strategies. Niveditha holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design from the National University of Singapore, complemented by an exchange program at Strate School of Design in Paris.
