Rob Dial

Rob Dial is a solutions-oriented leader with a focus on the growth of people and organizations. They have served as the Executive Director for the West Georgia Prevention & Advocacy Resource Center, driving prevention education and client advocacy services, and are currently a Senior Employee Experience Specialist at Southwire Company, where they enhance employee engagement and organizational culture. In addition, Rob has held roles at McMaster-Carr Supply Company, the State Board of Pharmacy, The Coca-Cola Company, and Comprehensive Medical Solutions, Inc. Rob holds a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia, alongside several other advanced degrees and certifications in public administration and nonprofit management.
