Shannon Mi

Shannon Mi currently serves as a Pre-Boarding Specialist at Southwire Company, managing the pre-boarding process for new hires across multiple locations. Previously, Shannon was a Talent Acquisition Intern, where responsibilities included optimizing the recruitment process, collaborating with vendors, and establishing an employee Brand Ambassador Program. Earlier experience includes an internship in Human Resources at Expert Institute, assisting with onboarding and developing training programs, and a role as Lead Trainer at Tumble Zone, where training regimens and administrative tasks were managed. Shannon is currently pursuing education at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, following studies at William Paterson University and Wayne Valley High School.
