Spencer Preis

Spencer Preis has held various roles throughout their work experience. Spencer started as a Paralegal Specialist at the U.S. Department of Justice - The Office of Professional Responsibility in 1999. In 2003, they worked as a Law Clerk for Judge Frank M. Hull at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. From 2004 to 2012, they served as an Attorney at Dentons. In 2013, they became an In-House Contract Attorney at Printpack, Inc. Following that, they joined Southwire Company in 2015 as a Senior Counsel. During their tenure at Southwire Company, they have held various roles, including Ethics & Compliance Officer, Chief Litigation Counsel, and Assistant Corporate Secretary. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Deputy Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, Chief Privacy Officer, and Assistant Secretary at Southwire Company.

Spencer Preis obtained a JD degree in Law from Emory University School of Law, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they received a BBA degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Spencer also holds a certification as a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE), which they obtained in 2017.
