Sy Shaheen

Sy Shaheen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Sy started their career at FirstEnergy in 1985 as an Engineer and worked there until 1997. Sy then joined Rome Cable Corporation as a Regional Sales Manager from 1997 to 2003. Following that, they joined Southwire Company and held multiple roles, including Eastern Region Sales Director from 2003 to 2011, VP Northern Region from 2011 to 2015, VP of Engineering Industrial Division from 2015 to 2021, and currently works as the Director Of Engineering.

Sy Shaheen earned a BSEE degree in Power from The University of Toledo from 1980 to 1984. Later, from 1988 to 1990, Sy obtained an MBA degree in Business from Baldwin Wallace University. Additionally, Sy pursued a BSEE degree in Engineering from The University of Toledo College of Engineering, although the start and end years for this degree are unknown.
