Tim Penny

Tim Penny has over 35 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Tim is currently serving as the VP of Infrastructure and Maintenance Systems at Southwire Company since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Domtar Personal Care as the Global Reliability Director from July 2018 to December 2021. From 2012 to 2018, they held the position of Global Reliability Manager at Arizona Chemical. Before that, they worked as the Corporate RCM Manager at Graphic Packaging International from 2006 to 2012. Tim also has experience in the semiconductor industry, where they served as the Wafer Fab Equipment Engineering Manager at Cree from 2000 to 2006 and as the Films Equipment Section Manager at Infineon Technologies from 1997 to 2000. Tim started their career in 1986 as an Equipment Engineer at Intel Corporation and later worked as a Maintenance Industrial Engineer at Reynolds Metals Company from 1988 to 1997.

Tim Penny earned their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University, from 1981 to 1986.
